Exminster Marsh & Turf Locks
Viewed over the morning high-tide at Turf Locks. c500-Avocets + c250-Golden Plover + 10-Grey Plover + c1000-Black-tailed Godwits + c200-Lapwing + c2500-Dunlin + c70-Redshank + 20-Knot + c50-Curlew + 192-Pintail + 9-Red-breasted Mergansers + c300-Brent Geese. Links to some video footage.

From Exminster Marsh mid-afternoon the American Wigeon was in field between Lions Rest Ind Est and wood footbridge with a small group of other Wigeon and Curlew, a Peregrine was hunting over the south of the marsh from the eletric pylon and a few Snipe + c300-Lapwing + c200-Brent Geese with several hundred Canada Geese.
