Starling Roost.
Woolley Wood, nr. Hartland
During the past few evenings several tens of thousands of Starlings have been going to roost at Woolley Wood just off the A39 during late afternoon and dusk, accompanied by up to 3 Buzzards and 3 or 4 Sparrowhawks.
Any onset of cold weather should see a spectactuar increase in the number of birds using the roost
