Berry Head

A stronger E wind probably curtailed a bigger overhead movement today but still managed to count the following in 2hrs: 2 Ring Ouzel, 8 Blackbirds, 2 Song Thrush (7 more in bushes), 640 Redwing, 2 Fieldfare, 5 Swallow, 315 Chaffinch, 3 Brambling, 207 Goldfinch, 9 Linnet, 8 Siskin, 12 Skylark, 16 Meadow Pipit, 4 Pied Wagtail, 1 Grey Wagtail.

Also around the headland: 1 Firecrest, 46 Goldcrest, 1 Treecreeper.

Stopped off at Breakwater quarry car park in Brixham and found a Yellow-browed Warbler, 15 Goldcrest and 2 Chiffchaff in the ivy and sycamore on the west side of the quarry.
