Berry Head

Radde's Warbler tentatively identified after Andy Plumb and I tracked the calling bird for some 10 minutes with the briefest of views. The bird crossed the road into an even denser area of scrub before showing briefly again after some 20 mins to confirm id it continued calling occasionally but getting further away in deep vegetation. Last seen some 60m north o the 'wardens bungalow' on W side of road.

Other more notable birds on site: 2 Firecrest, 14 Goldcrest, 9 Chifchaff, 5 Stonechat, 1 Blackcap & 3 Coal Tit.

Overhead:4 Redpoll, 1 Brambling, 16 Chaffinch, 11 Bullfinch, 13 Greenfinch, 55 Goldfinch, 1 Grt Spt, Woodpecker, 32 Skylark, 1 Fieldfare, 3 Redwing.
