Prawle Point

Sea watch from 7.40am till 1pm in SSW 4-5 going NW 2-3 produced nice range but disappointingly few birds.

1 Sooty Shearwater, 4 Balearic Shearwaters, 1 Arctic Skua, 1 Red Throated and 1 Great Nirthern Divers, 2 Puffins, 2 Fulmars, 3 Common Scoters west -2 east. c 200 Kittiwakes west, 130 Auks west (predominantly Razorbills) , 450 Gannets west and c 100 east. Also first autumnal Black Redstart. (imm/female on coastguard cottage roofs) and 2 late Wheatears.
