Thurlestone Bay

Yesterday I omitted to confirm the White-fronted Goose were Greenland- today they were on the Marsh at 11.30 and later moved to a nearby stubble field. Also on the Marsh - 6 Snipe, 40 Teal, 4 Wigeon., 1 Merlin and 20 Lapwing over.

A Black Redstart on the roof of the flats by the car park.

Thurlestone Marsh - 10 Lapwing, 2 Wigeon, 30 Teal  6 Shoveler, Little Grebe , Snipe.

Bob B ringed 3 Reed Bunting, 1 Cettis and a late Reed Warbler with a Redpoll over.

Tonight the Starling roost was the largest so far at 250,000 +
