hybrid duck at slapton

Yesterday at slapton ley there was this hybrid duck. It looks to me a red-crested pochard with tufted duck, however different from the bird that has been returning to slapton these past years.

Also, the 4 black swans are still present as well as 1 pochard, the brood of tufted ducks and good numbers of mute swans and canada goose( also one feral goose with them) gadwalls, great crested grebes, reed warblers and 2 mediterranean gulls. offshore 1 male common scoter
