Slapton & Beesands Leys

Cloudy, murky conditions always good this time of year for Swifts and hirundines at these two places. Very conservative count at Slapton this morning of 350 Swift, 150 House Martins and 100 Swallows. Also single Sand Martin. Around the corner at Beesands Ley where the weather was starting to clear a little there were 50 each of Swallow and House Martin along with 10 Swift and a Hobby passed quickly through.
