Back on the patch this morning -

The Starling dispersal at 08.15 was 5000+, on the marsh - 2 Shoveler, 2 Wigeon  350 + Black Headed Gull-could only locate 1 1st w Med Gull, 11 Teal .

In the Bay  ( on the sea ) 6 Mute Swan , 3 Gadwall and a 1st w male Pochard, another 100 + Black Headed Gull. On one of the cottages a f Black Redstart, 1 Wheatear.,.amongst the gulls a m & 1stw Med gull

On South Huish Marsh - 50 Teal, 1 Water Rail, 3 Snipe and a Merlin
