Ring Necked Duck- Slapton

The female Ring Necked Duck still present late afternoon, in the most inconvenient place for viewing possible! After a long time searching, it suddenly appeared at the top of the lower ley and just outside the channel, viewable from the viewing platform by the bridge, and slightly away from the Tufted Duck flock. It could then be seen at closer range looking through/over the reeds, 100 yards down the path alongside the lower ley before once again dissapearing, presumably back into the reeds. Also a Kingfisher present.
