1 spotted redshank showed well in between the quay and the goat walk, great sight to see over a 1000+ Brent geese fly from exminster marsh onto the estuary by the goat walk the mud flats were full with 650+ avocet , 2000+ dunlin , 100+ grey plover and similar numbers of golden plover, 12+ red breasted mergansers.

2 water rail were in the field to the left of the path leading to the viewing platform at bowling green marsh and the kingfisher flew to about 5 feet from me fishing in the ditch to the left of the viewing platform, 182+ grey plover, 200+ bar tailed godwits.

500+ wigeon on bowling green marsh, 5 pochard, 6+ pintail, 8+ gadwall, 1 tufted duck, 4 reed buntings, 1 buzzard, 8+ snipe, 50+ lapwing.
