Shoalstone Brixham

Seawatching 0800-1345. A lot of sea!  although not that many seabirds. Wind force 9-10 Southeast, with big waves making observation difficult and few birds flying, suddenly turning to Southwest around midday.Along with a trickle of Gannets and Kittiwakes in clearer spells were 5 Pomarine Skuas and one Great. .A Red-breasted Merganser flew south and two Great Northern Divers on the sea close offshore.

MD and others were at Berry Head so they will have more to add later.
