South Efford Marsh -Aveton Gifford

11.30 - 1300hrs . A Hobby flying east on the South Brent - Loddiswell Rd. Met Eric, the warden, coming away from the hide. He described things as quiet, but not how you would describe the noise from the many Canada's present! 11 Curlews, 20+ Teal, one Shelduck, 1 Stonechat, 2 Meadow Pipits. Surprised to see 2 clouded yellows, 2 peacock and a lone speckled wood still flying in the fairly strong cold breeze.
