Ring Ouzels ~ South Brent

Another visit to the Avon Dam this afternoon, enroute met several birders coming back down the road who had visited the area without seeing anything of note, certainly no Ring Ouzels. However within a few minutes of reaching the area in which the nine were seen yesterday a female showed well, all be it very jumpy, two other birders observed two others, I can only claim the hen which was moving between two berry-laden trees.

Kestel seen and good numbers of Goldcrests, lots of Blackbirds feeding on the berry trees, again very poor lighting and visibility.

Another birder reported seeing three Ring Ouzels just above the car park, again feeding on berries.
