Torquay harbour

Not a place that I would consider for bird watching but during a visit with my grand daughter recorded the following species, Rock Pipit, Pied wagtail (several) Cormorant,Shag, feral Pigeons, Gulls ~ Herring / Black Head / Greater Black Back, single Raven overhead, Carrion Crow, Buzzard, Heron on the rocks off the coast in front  of the Living Coast centre, the Heron was roosting with numerous Cormorants, I took a distant photo and on looking at it there is a large brown bird with a distinctive white throat and I have no idea as to its identity.
