Bowling Green Marsh

At lunchtime low tide today there was very little wader interest other than the two Ruff that are still hanging about.  What was interesting though was the number of woodland species on the marsh.  This included 4 Jays in the little willow in the ditch together with a Stonechat and a LBJ (Chiffchaff) and two fly over Green Woodpeckers, none of which are very common here.
