River Caen

1030-1400.

Met up with John clark for a walk down the river. Birds were very hard to come by because of the mindless fools with guns on sherpa marsh. John had shot falling into the river very close to him, this cant besafe.

Very brief view of the common Crane near the toll house,14 Longtail tit, 20+ stock dove, 1 Wheatear and 3 Little grebe. On the marsh 9 Lapwing, Kestrel, Sparrow hawk and 2 or 3 Buzzard. A Clouded yellow was also showing well.
