Topsham Bowling Green Marsh and R Clyst

Only intended a quick visit to look over the new hide, ended up staying all morning. As well as the usual waders (incl. Ruff, Knot etc.), an Osprey perched on the tradional mast/derrick in the river, also a single Yellow Wagtail and 5 Avocets (first of autumn?) briefly. A Green Sandpiper was in the area but only heard. From the viewing platform a nice juvenile Black Tern was on show for about 10 minutes.
