Bowling Green Marsh

Viewed over the early evening high-tide 1430-1930Hrs.

Temminck's Stint (elusive most of the time) + Avocet + Ruff + Common Tern + Green Sandpiper + Common Sandpiper + Ringed Plover + 2 Spotted Redshanks + 2 Knot + 3 Snipe + c20 Greenshanks (1 ringed at Aberdeen) c11 Dunlin + 3 Bar Tailed Godwits + c12 Wimbrel and large numbers of Black Tailed Godwits + Redshank + Curlew.

Viewing Platform c20 Sandwich Terns seen diving around a bouy south of rivermeet house with one perched on top.

2 Lancaster Bombers (KCA & VRA) flew directly over the marsh at 1730Hrs  from Dawlish Air Show returning to Exeter Airport which was nice to see.
