Bowling Green Marsh

A brief visit first thing this morning. At least one adult Spotted Redshank (with very little sum-plum left), 2 or 3 Common Sandpipers, 10+ Dunlins, 3 Whimbrels, 2 Greenshanks, Reed Warbler and 207 Black-tailed Godwits (piped to the post by 1 on Keith's count yesterday!). Didn't manage to count the Redshank nor Curlews.

No sign of the Ross's Gull amongst the tightly packed flock of Black-headeds - but one adult Mediterranean Gull.
