Watched from the hide 10:50 till 16:15

Another good day on the marsh with the 1st summer ROSS'S Gull taking centre stage along with a 1st summer little gull, 10+ Mediterranean gulls ( 3 adults, 3 2nd summer and 4 1st summer among 950+ black headed gulls including 1 juv ,  5 common gulls and 1 lesser black backed gull.

wader numbers included the 2 stunning summer plumage spotted redshanks among 90+ redshanks, 5 bar tailed godwits and 80+ black tailed godwits, 3 whimbrel and 55+ curlew , 31+ oystercatchers , 1 green sandpiper showed well, 10+ little egrets, 32+ shelduck, 1 buzzard.
