Bowling Green Marsh

Lunchtime in the hide today. 11 Sandwich Terns had dropped in for the high tide but soon left for the estuary. Also 2 Mediterranean Gulls in amongst the Black-headeds. A Little Ringed Plover dropped in to scamper about amongst the gulls but flew at about 1.40 - not sure if it stayed on the marsh or not. 1 Whimbrel flew through.

A quick look at Goosemoor revealed a good number of Black-tailed Godwits and 3 smart summer plumaged Dunlin.
