Sightings from angling boat Dartangler 33nm SSE of Start Point, yesterday (28th April). 3 European Storm-petrels, 20 'commic' Terns (one flock heading up channel), around 15 Great Skuas heading up channel and stopping off to chase gulls attending the boat, which were mostly Lesser Black-backed (60) with a few Great Black-backs (8), Herring (6) and Kittiwakes (4). Around 40 Fulmars included one smart dark phase, also 10+ Gannets one of which gave very close views! One bull Grey Seal was also out in the middle of the channel!
