Exminster marsh

A quick look along station road from 14:30 till 16:30 produced the male Merlin and a peregrine, 267+ golden plover, 1500+ lapwing spread over the whole marsh, with at least as many wigeon, 2 chiffchaffs, 2 goldcrests, 4+ stonechat, 3 reed buntings, 1 water rail, 700+ Brent geese towards the motorway bridge, as i  left the marsh at least 3000+ starlings performing over powderham marsh.
