Berry Head

Obviously a lot of fish offshore at present, with a flock of up to 66 Gannets diving within 100 yards  off the cliffs at times, and 5 Harbour Porpoise close inshore. In the strong WSW wind and mist/drizzle patches, the main seabirds passing by during a watch from 0800-1000 were over 300 Kittiwakes. A single Great Skua and immature Pomarine appeared several times, apparently the same individuals circling around feeding, and six Balearic Shearwaters went south.
