Froward Point and Old Mill Bay

08:10-12:00. Pretty much all the action in Old Mill Bay as the point was a bit blown out this morning. 1 very vocal Yellow-browed Warbler in the Sycamores at the bottom of the valley, eventually seen just before 9:00am but still calling at 10:53am. Also 1 Firecrest, 20+ Goldcrest, 10+ Chiffchaff, 1 Whitethroat, 10+ Blackcap, and male Merlin over. Just east of Eastern Black Rock a feeding frenzy around three fishing boats comprised c. 500 gulls, including 200+ Kittiwake, 2+ Balearic Shearwater and a Pom/Arctic Skua.
