Thurlestone Bay -

 On South Huish marsh at 9.45 a GLOSSY IBIS ( juv ). Met a visting birder from Derby who was sure she had 8 at 19.15 Sunday evening.  At 11.45 it flew off east- later one seen by Rod Bone on South Efford Marsh. At 13.15  a flock of 9 flew onto South Huish Marsh- Alan D got some good photos which he will post later 

Earlier this morning  a flock of 11 at Slapton Ley trying to land on the algae on the Ley - 2 hrs later a flock of 8 and a single there .

With 4 reported late Sunday evening at Torpoint - just how many have arrived ? Worth keeping a lookout at possible roost sites this evening .

Also a Hobby, , 2 Sooty Shearwater east at 09.15 , 2 Sandwich Tern and upto 10 Yellow Wagtail
