Thurlestone Bay
A day of 2 birds and very little else .
At 10.35 picked up an Auk flying east about 200 yds off the flats at T'stone beach- soon became evident this was a 1st winter Black Guillemot , a patch life tick for me .
Late afternoon - 17. 15 a Little Tern flew into the Bay and spent 30 mins feeding close inshore , also sat on the beach until disturbed .
