Lesser Yellowlegs at Topsham

I finally tracked down the Lesser Yellowlegs at 4.15 this afternoon; it was on the river bank a couple of hundred yards north of the motorway bridge and, quite fortuitously, showing well at the only gap in the reeds that I came across. Being unfamiliar with the area I was unsure where to park and how to reach the correct stretch of the river. In the event, I walked from Countess Wear Bridge but it seems that I could perhaps have got closer. It would have been helpful if directions had been given on earlier postings so that visitors could find the bird easily.  Great views when I found it, though!
