Velator reserve

A single Swift passed by this morning and a Little Egret flew out of the reserve. On the plucking post (a large tree stump), half a weasel! This post is mostly used by the local Buzzards. Didn't know Weasel was on their menu! Maybe duck is though, as there are now only 4 juv Mallard. Still a few Chiffchaffs 'wheeting' away, and a couple of Reed Warblers, one in a sort of half-song.
