Braunton

Started well with a Deer (complete with antlers) seen just outside our garden, sadly I missed it. Then a Green Woodpecker flew into the garden but the best sighting was a female Brambling coming to the seed feeders with Chaffinches (garden first). At Wrafton, a lone Spoonbill on the scrape with 48 Black-tailed Godwits. Drake Pocahard and SHoveler on Wrafton  Pond. 2 Ravens again in the reserve. Also there a Redwing, 3 Gadwall, and the first Little Grebe since 24th April last year! Having seen 2 Ravens in the reserve, a flight of 4 then flew over  and off towards Crow Point, A couple of other flyers had me wondering just how many there were
