Exe Estuary cruise

The highlight of this afternoon's Stuart Line cruise was an adult Spoonbill on the mud opposite Topsham, where the Spotted Redshank was on its favoured patch of mud. G C Grebes, Mergansers and waders were much as yesterday, plus c300 Golden Plover on the mud  near Turf. Dozens of Pintail were scattered around Lympstone. Mike Langman feeding pasty crumbs to a Pied Wagtail that came with us on the boat was a first for me!
