Around the Exe
A total of 74 birds ticked off over the day mostly from around the Exe.
High light was the Whooper Swan at Clyst St Mary at first light.
RSPB BGM ~ 23 Greylag Geese, 2 Egyptian Geese, 7 Pochard, a single Avocet and a Spotted Redshank.
Exminster marsh ~ good views of certainly 2 possibly 3 Marsh Harriers, good numbers of Lapwing and Curlew, on the estuary Golden and Grey Plover, good numbers of Dunlin, Black Tailed Godwit and Avocet.
From the Goat Walk a small flock of Bar Tailed Godwit, 2 distant Black swan.
Haldon Forest ~ 4 flyover Crossbill.
