Horsey Island raptors

Great morning watching the falling tide at Horsey Island today.

Good flock of Golden Plover/Lapwing being hunted by Peregrine Falcon, unsuccessfully. Closely followed by Female Marsh Harrier hunting over the undergrowth. She caught a small rodent of some sort but was then harassed by the Peregrine until she dropped her catch.

Also, Curlew,Redshank,Kingfisher,Mixed flock of finches and Pipits as well as all the usual estuary residents.
