Plym Estuary & Saltram

On this afternoon's high tide: 2 Bar- & 1 Black-tailed Godwits, 10 Greenshanks, 2 Dunlins, 2 Common Sandpipers & 3 Turnstones. Also, my first Meadow Pipit of the autumn, here, 2 Stonechats & a lingering Spotted Flycatcher.

A proposed solar farm would destroy Chelson Meadow’s best habitat for breeding & migrant birds & other wildlife. Much of the wildlife seen in the wider Plym Estuary & Saltram site, relies on this adjacent area. Please object & support an alternative which would deliver solar and protect wildlife. Visit

Please encourage others to do the same.
