Braunton Toll Road

Evening cycle to the Toll house, from where it is possible to look over at Sherpa Marsh and the main pond there. I was hoping for the Spoonbill in with the Gull roost but much to my surprise, the Glossy Ibis was there instead. Supporting cast was good too: 2 Ruff and a Black-tailed Godwit on the Wrafton Scrape, 5 Cattle Egrets with the cows right by the reserve gate, Kingfisher and 6 Dunlin along the Pill, and on my way back a flock of 25 Black-tailed Godwits circled around a few times.
