Plym Estuary & Saltram

A Little Stint which circulated Blaxton Meadow on the high tide, and then dropped in was my first at the Meadow since 1998!  Also, today, 11 Greenshanks, 6 Dunlins, 2 Common Sandpipers, Mediterranean Gull (ad-w), 2+ Stonechats & 2 Roe Deer.

A proposed solar farm would destroy Chelson Meadow’s best habitat for breeding & migrant birds & other wildlife. Much of the wildlife seen in the wider Plym Estuary & Saltram site, relies on this adjacent area. Please object & support an alternative which would deliver solar and protect wildlife. Visit

Please encourage others to do the same.
