Broadsands - gull watch

Good to have the first South Devon Branch meeting for what seems like an eternity, this morning at Broadsands starting at 7am - great to see a few regulars getting up for the re-arranged early morning start. Lots of Herring Gulls on the beach of all ages but sadly no Yellow-legged Gulls today. However 17+ Mediterranean Gulls including juveniles among the Black-headed Gulls was good to see. Singing Greenfinches, Cirl Buntings, Little Egret and families of Swallows with several House Martins also noted.
