Cann Woods, Plympton - Nightjars

Tonight's walk in the woods was enlivened by a Tawny Owl on the path, possibly picking up Toads, we saw three, and a single Roe Deer before our first Nightjar flight call was heard at 9:42pm. Churring commenced 9 minutes later. Two pairs seen resting on paths, and one female circled overhead repeatedly. 9 or 10 individuals overall.
