Braunton

Scrape had a lot of mostly sub-adult Herring Gulls. Reserve had Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Sedge Warbler, Reed Warbler and Blackcap. Sand and House Martins with some Swallows hawking insects in the lee of the reserve by the scrape. A Kingfisher paid an all-too-brief visit to one of the pond perches. By the Marsh road both Whitethroat and Lesser Whitethroat. Dipper and Grey Wagtail seen in the river Caen.
