Blackcaps return to Braunton garden
Firstly "Well done Editor for your message re Lockdown" The more we all stick to the rules the quicker this mess is over!
Anyway; happy to report that after an absence of two winters we now have Blackcaps back in our garden in Braunton. One male, one female. They are fixated on a cylinder of fat impregnated with seeds. In fact the sparrows, greenfinch, Robin's, chaffinches and blackbirds ALL love it! They're a National Trust product and we have just ordered four more because they are SO popular :)
