Horsey island high tide roost....

Amongst a few hundred Lapwing and Curlew in the field next to the horse field adjacent to Horsey Island this frosty morning was one unusual looking wader which was confirmed as a Ruff by Rob Jutsum, thanks, who was doing his monthly count. It's been there for a couple if weeks apparently. Although it was a good 100 metres away I did manage this grainy record shot.
