Velator etc.

Yesterday both Dipper and Kingfisher in the river. The Redshank on the scrape. I looked for it again this morning from the Tarka Trail, and found a Black-tailed Godwit! Looking out again from the reserve, the Redshank flew in too. A Curlew called from nearby. Water Rails still calling, and also recently, most days a Tawny Owl quietly calling during the day.

On the flower front, some little creature of the night ate my early Primroses! But yesterday I found a Ragged Robin in full flower.
