Swallows at South Brent

At long last have just seen two Swallows over South Brent headed west coming past the lower side of Brent Hill, first one's that I have seen this year, nice to know they are actually arriving.

Also had an interesting display this morning from a Sparrow Hawk hunting the House Sparrows around my garden feeding station, from the damage to its centre tail feathers this is the same bird that I had in recently that came in starving with a badly broken toe, the toe was amputated and once the bird recovered it was released from home, this is the first time I have seen it since, nice to know that it survived.
