Starcross to Dawlish Warren

The highlight of this morning's WeBS count were 2 Roseate Terns on the mud for a few minutes (apologies for the awful digiscope image - lots of heat haze!) and 22 Mediterranean Gulls.  The Slavonian Grebe was still at Cockwood.  I crudely estimated about 3000 Marsh Helleborine spikes in Greenland Lake - an amazing sight.

Looked around the wheat fields west of Starcross, where Dave Glaves heard a Quail calling yesterday.  'Only' a Cirl Bunting singing while I was there.
