At last in combemartin......

Apologies for the late post,  tablet battery was flat..

A walk with the dog from Ilfracombe coastguards back to combemartin didn't provide very much in the way of smaller hedgerow birds other than a melodious warbler of sorts near widmouth farm. Back home in the garden, again late in the evening a mass of about 40 + swallow accompanied with swifts although less numerous.  All garden birds diving for cover when the resident sparrow hawk flew over but unusually high.(normally darting through at hedge height.

Sparrow hawk.
