Wrafton Pond

Between 11:30-12:20 today: Male and female Goldeneye on the pond, 6 Shovellers, just the one Gadwall and no sign of the Scaup. Nice views of a rat swimming out to fetch bread that others had just been feeding the gulls (I believe they were aiming for the Mallard's). On the walk back up towards Chivenor, fantastic views of a goldcrest flying out to catch midgies above the path. One of those "why did I leave my camera at home??" Moments.  Not bothered about me standing 3-4ft away at all.
