Merlin: Crow Point/Burrows

Finally, saw my bogey bird!

In full glorious sun at close range giving spectacular views, a male merlin was working the edges of numerous ponds in the dune slacks perching regularly on exposed dead willow. Cracker.

also, little Grebe in the drainage channels on the road down to Crow Point and two mating Brown Hare not far from the toll road.
