Roborough Down 20/02/19

Today was one of those days when I should have stayed in bed.  Got onto the Downs about 1030 and it started with 5 or 6 Meadow Pipits which were always 50 yds ahead of me. Then I met up with a Bullfinch (m) which stayed hidden from the camera in the thickest part of a tree. Then moved onto to the Green Woodpecker site near Clearbrook only to see it fly over and head into the moors. At three o'clock I gave up and caught the bus home.
