Thurlestone Bay

2 Wigeon on T'stone Marsh at 07.15 were new arrivals , this afternoon a Dunlin over and at 17.00 a Greenshank fed for 6 mins before flying off up the valley.

Waders on the beach this am - 22 Sanderling, 6 Turnstone, 3 Ringed Plover, 2 Dunlin. A Sandwich Tern in the bay . Wheatear and Whitethroat on the coast path.

Bob B ringed 19 Sedge, 5 Reed, 3 Willow , 3 Chiffchaff and a Reed Bunting , also had 6 Tree Pipit over .
